Emin Saruhanlı, an authoritarian father committed to family values, learns that he is the sole heir to a considerable fortune as a result of the loss of one of his close relatives. When the Saruhanlı family moves to Istanbul, leaving their modest life in town behind, Emin struggles to keep his family together.

An old musician tells the story of his life through his music. His mother gives birth to twins in a time of big hunger. As she hasn't got enough milk for both babies, she has to decide to which one she will give the chance to survive. It is almost impossible for her to make a decision. She gives her milk to the healthier one and tries to find other solutions for the thinner brother. But sometimes life has other plans than we have...

Bünyamin corners Menekşe, one of the village's beautiful girls, in the hayloft. While they are still flirting, Menekşe's brother İbo witnesses the situation and stirs up the village. Bünyamin has no choice but to flee, because Menekşe's brothers Saffet and Süleyman are merciless. While Bünyamin takes refuge with his mother Solmaz, Solmaz realizes that the only solution is to flee the village, despite her anger. Solmaz decides to go to Istanbul with her other children. Solmaz's other son, Mete, and her daughters, Perihan and Nergis, had already moved to Istanbul, married, and started families.

The film tells the story of Metin, who comes to Istanbul to find two women named Jale and Hale, and Rıza, who helps him. Metin is on the trail of two prostitutes named Jale and Hale. His goal is to find them and rescue them from prostitution. Metin and Rıza find the women they are looking for in a brothel. They manage to get Jale and Hale out of there. Jale grew up in a wealthy but indifferent family environment and found herself in a brothel overnight. Hale, on the other hand, was a poor student who became accustomed to a luxurious lifestyle due to her friends and was swept into the nightlife. Rescuing Jale and Hale from the brothel will not be easy for Metin and Rıza.
